Trained athletic therapists possess a deep understanding of the human body, biomechanics, and exercise physiology, enabling them to provide personalized care for individuals with a wide range of injuries, from acute sprains to chronic overuse conditions.
1. Injury Assessment and Diagnosis
One of the primary benefits of athletic therapy is the ability to conduct thorough injury assessments and diagnoses.
