Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
Yes, direct billing is available for ICBC, and most extended health insurance plans. This means you pay only your deductible or co-pay, and we bill your insurance directly for covered services. Reach out to us regarding WorkSafeBC.
What is your cancellation policy?

What are your fees for different treatments?

Do I need to pay upfront or after treatment?
Payment is typically due at the time of service. With direct billing, you pay your out-of-pocket portion and we invoice your insurance. Ask our reception team about payment arrangements if you have concerns.
What if my insurance doesn't cover my treatment?
If your insurance doesn't cover certain services, our team will provide you with a quote before proceeding. We work with you to find affordable treatment options and can discuss payment plans if needed.

We direct bill to many third party insurers!
Many British Columbians enjoy the benefits of extended health care policies through their employer or privately. The majority of these policies integrate coverage for chiropractic and other therapies into their plans.
If you are interested in learning more about your private health coverage, speak with your benefits provider.
We are able to direct bill for:
Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Athletic Therapy
*Please note that in able to offer this service and continue to work with third party insurance companies, we will require a credit card securely (PCI compliant) attached to your Jane medical record profile for anyone who is using direct billing.
Medical Services Plan
British Columbians who receive MSP Premium Assistance are eligible for limited coverage for a combined annual maximum of 10 visits each calendar year for the following services;
acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, physical therapy and non-surgical podiatry.
Please advise our office if you are covered under MSP Premium Assistance. MSP Premium Assistance eligible patients qualify for lowered fee schedules at our clinic.
ICBC + WorkSafeBC

We are pleased to offer direct billing to ICBC for your convenience!
Please inform our office if your visit is related to a motor vehicle accident. As long as you have an open claim and provide us with your claim information, we can bill ICBC directly.
No referral or pre-approval is required—simply book your appointment, and we’ll handle the paperwork
Workplace Injuries (WSBC)
Please note that we no longer offer direct billing for WorkSafeBC (WSBC) claims. If your visit is related to a workplace injury, your option for coverage:
Self-Submission: You can pay for your treatment upfront and submit the receipt directly to WorkSafeBC for reimbursement.
