What to Expect
Every RMT session begins with a brief assessment of your range of motion and health history. Your therapist will then use a combination of manual techniques—such as Swedish massage, active stretching, or deep tissue work—specifically chosen for your condition. You will leave with "home care" stretches to maintain your progress.
