To this end, doctors are directing patients to remove and discard their own headrest paper after their treatment. Discard your headrest paper. Please follow the directions of your doctor and remove and discard your headrest paper at the end of your treatment. Leave the rest to us as we have the products for proper sanitization

Health, like always, is our priority.

Following the direction of The Ministry of Health, and College of Chiropractors of BC, we’ll be operating under enhanced protocols to ensure clinic safety.

Please  familiarize  yourself  with  the  new  protocols,  listed  below,  so  we  can  continue  to  offer  the  utmost patient care, in the safest environment.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Enhanced Protocols

Pre-Appointment Screening: Patients, practitioners, and staff must be healthy to enter our clinic. Pre-appointment  screening  will  be  required  for  all  bookings;  our  staff  will ensure  patients  coming  in  are  healthy,  symptom-free,  and  have  not traveled in the past 14 days. Visit the clinic on your own. Your screening applies to you; therefore, for the safety of others, only you will be permitted into the clinic.

Staggered Appointments: Appointments will be staggered to minimize social contact. We’ll send patients directly into treatment rooms upon arrival, whenever possible. Our waiting room will be set up to hold no more than 4 people at a time, so those waiting can sit comfortably at the required 2-meter distance.

Arrive on time. Please come as close to your appointment time as possible to avoid congestion.

Mandatory Face Masks: All patients are required to wear a mask while in the clinic. Due to limited supplies, we are asking patients to come to their appointment with their own mask.

Wear a mask. Please come prepared with your own mask.

Hand Sanitizing: All patients are required to use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the clinic. Sanitize your hands. Please use the provided hand sanitizer each time you visit.

Check-In Changes

Patients will check in at the reception desk but no longer need to sign-in, or fill out paperwork. When directed to a treatment room, patients will be asked to wait on the treatment table. Our staff and doctors will handle the corresponding forms and charts to reduce patient touch points.

Payments  and  rebooking  will  be  handled  together,  after the treatment .Reduce  your  touch  points.  The reduction in patient touch points (pens, forms, charts, door handles, light switches, etc.)  Helps maintain a safer environment.

Enhanced Cleaning Practices

In addition to our standard disinfecting and cleaning practices, we are:

Increasing the frequency of our regularly scheduled cleanings

Equipping our reception area with an air purifier that removes 99% of airborne viruses, as well as

Allocating additional time between appointments for increased sanitization of treatment rooms, tables, and equipment.

To this end, doctors are directing patients to remove and discard their own headrest paper after their treatment. Discard your headrest paper. Please follow the directions of your doctor and remove and discard your headrest paper at the end of your treatment. Leave the rest to us as we have the products for proper sanitization
